Our process starts with finding out what you’re looking to achieve with your branded merchandise project. We’ll arrange a showcase meeting or video call to give you the best idea of which products are best for your needs. We’ll guide you through your design options, eco-friendly alternatives, and material choices before settling on a plan.
Create
Once we’ve reached a decision that you’re happy with, we’ll order the products from our suppliers and get the branding process underway. We can use a variety of branding methods including digital print, screen print, litho print, pad print, and laser engraving; but we’ll recommend the best one for your products of choice. We’ll provide samples or proofs if needed, and can also offer you a range of options for packing and filling materials.
Deliver
Once your merchandise has been produced, we can arrange for it to be delivered nationwide, or even internationally if required. If you don’t have the space to store your products, then we can store them for you. Let us know when you need them, and we’ll send them out as and when you require them.

What packaging does the product come in?
We can produce bespoke packaging for any item, including branded and personalised options. Our range of packaging options includes eco-friendly options such as compostable package filling.
Can we split the colour of products?
Talk to us ahead of ordering for more information on product colours. We can usually have different product colours in the same order for no additional cost, providing the print colour is the same.
Can we have different designs?
We’re able to offer different print designs for one project, however this will depend on the order and its complexity.
What is the next price break?
Our price breaks for branded merchandise items typically follow this pattern: 50 / 100 / 250 / 500 / 1000 / 2500 / 5000.
Why is there a minimum order quantity?
We have a minimum order quantity for items due to the cost of setting up printing machinery and the logistics involved with acquiring these products. In some cases, we may be able to discuss doing a lower quantity, however, the cost per item would be higher and may not present you with the best value.
