Azets: onboarding kits
Azets, a leading accounting and business advisory firm, needed small-scale onboarding kits for new staff members. They reached out to us for ideas on how to make these kits both practical and memorable, while also aligning with their brand values.
After consulting with the responsible purchasing team at Azets, we proposed several ideas and encouraged the use of a backpack to contain the branded items instead of a traditional box. This approach emphasised sustainability and practicality. Here’s how we tailored our solution:
- Idea Consultation: We provided a range of suggestions for branded items that would be useful for new hires.
- Sustainable Packaging: To align with Azets’ sustainability goals, we suggested using a backpack to contain the items, which could be reused by the staff. Multiple backpacks were packed in an outer box for efficient shipping.
- Initial Execution: The first order included a selection of high-quality branded items, all neatly packed in the sustainable backpacks.
Scaling up
The initial small-scale onboarding kits were a great success. Azets was so impressed with the quality and practicality of the kits that they placed a further order of 500 kits for both new hires and existing staff. Here are the key highlights:
