Intralinks Chocolate Bars: Promotional Merchandise Case Study

  • SS&C Intralinks sought a creative and engaging way to reach out to their clients, offering a novelty reward for everyone while also providing a chance to win something bigger for a select few. Inspired by the classic ‘Willy Wonka’ story, we developed a unique solution: chocolate bars containing gold and silver tickets. 

    We collaborated closely with their marketing team to design and produce these special chocolate bars. Key elements of the campaign included: 

    • Novelty Chocolate Bars: Each bar was wrapped in custom packaging featuring the brand, ensuring a memorable and delightful experience for recipients. 
    • Gold and Silver Tickets: Hidden inside bars, these tickets offered the chance to win exclusive prizes, adding an element of excitement and anticipation. 
    • European Sales Team Distribution: The chocolate bars, complete with tickets, were supplied to SS&C Intralinks’ European Sales Team for distribution to their client base. 

    This innovative approach enabled client engagement in a fun and interactive way. The combination of a universally loved treat with the thrill of winning a prize created a positive and memorable client outreach initiative. 

    Our attention to detail and commitment to creating a unique experience ensured the campaign’s success. SS&C Intralinks was able to delight their clients, boost engagement, and reinforce their brand in a novel and enjoyable manner.
