About Award Signs and Business Gifts

Award Signs and Business Gifts was started in 1998 by our MD Steven Ward, initially as a sole trader working from home and covering everything from sales and production right through to invoicing and accounts.

The limited company was formed in 2006 when we moved into premises and has grown steadily since. We made a conscious decision to always invest in the most efficient software and systems, which has enabled us to remain a small company and give a very hands-on personal service, yet, able to take on complex orders that are distributed globally.

Our clients trust us to deliver a hassle-free service. We make it our business to ensure complete satisfaction from enquiry to delivery.

We pride ourselves on going that extra mile to make every clients’ promotion or event a success, retaining the integrity of their brand and adding value every step of the way.

I have worked in the industry for over 33 years, (with previous experience in TV, Radio and Press Ad. production, Print buying – from business cards to billboards and everything in-between, including promotional merchandise). Having had my own business since 1998, I have branded pretty much anything you can think of and sent it to all corners of the world.

I am married with two grown up daughters. I enjoy playing golf and walking.

Favourite Food: Steak & Chips with a nice glass of red wine.
Favourite Promotional Product: Vasa – copper vacuum insulated sport bottle.

Proceeding with an order

If a single product has been quoted you can simply select the quantity required and then click the green Accept button, accessed via the link you will receive from us within your quote.

We will then receive notification and a Sales Order will be raised and emailed to you.

Review the details including delivery and invoice addresses and let us know of any changes. Your order will then be processed.

If several different products have been quoted and you don’t require them all then just drop us an email advising which items you wish to proceed with and we will raise the Sales Order for you.

 

  • Easy Invoicing and Payment

    Invoicing is also very straightforward. Until a credit agreement has been set up payment is on a pro-forma basis either by online transfer or by credit card, we can add a Pay by Credit Card button to the bottom of your invoice.

    Once a credit agreement has been agreed, payment is due 30 days from date of invoice.
